Terms and conditions Odaios Foods / Co-Lab facilities




Please register for the event of your choice by providing all the requested information on the website or to your Odaios account manager.

Payment must be made either by debit/credit card. Your participation at the event will only be confirmed once we have received full payment. Under no circumstances will participants be able to attend an event that has not been paid for in full. After payment you will receive a confirmation email as well as a reminder email 1 week prior to the course.

We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that all places are on a first come, first served basis.

2. CANCELLATIONS (Made by the Participant)


Should you wish to cancel your participation, please send us an email at

  • If you cancel in writing at least 4 weeks before the event, we will refund 100% of the price.

  • If you cancel in writing at least 2 weeks before the event, we will refund 50% of the price.

  • No refunds will be given for cancellations within the 2 weeks preceding the event.




The Co-Lab reserves the right to change or cancel a ‘confirmed’ event without notice. While we endeavour to run all events as scheduled, unforeseen circumstances or insufficient participant numbers may lead to an event being cancelled or changed.

If an event is cancelled by The Co-Lab, participants will be issued a full refund.

The Co-Lab reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

Waiver and release


We, the Participant and the Guardian, release and forever discharge and hold harmless J.E.O’Brien & Sons Ltd. and its successors and assigns from any and all liability, claims, and demands of whatever kind of nature, either in law or in equity, which arise or may hereafter arise from the activities as a participant with J.E.O’Brien & Sons Ltd., including claims arising out of negligence. We understand and acknowledge that this Release Discharges J.E.O’Brien & Sons Ltd. from any liability or claim that we may have against J.E.O’Brien & Sons Ltd. with respect to bodily injury, personal injury, illness, death, or property damage that may result from the Participant’s involvement in J.E.O’Brien & Sons Ltd.’s activities within the Co-Lab premises.


Assumption of risk


We, the Participant and the Guardian, understand that the activities provided by J.E.O’Brien & Sons Ltd. and which the Participant is involved in may include activities that are inherently dangerous to the Participant. We hereby expressly assume the risk of injury or harm of the Participant from these activities and release J.E.O’Brien & Sons Ltd. from all liability for injury, illness, death, or property damage resulting from these activities.




By taking part in Co-Lab activities, you agree for your photograph, video footage or audio to be taken by the J. E. O’Brien & Sons Ltd. (the company) for use in marketing, social media, PR and publications.

Here are some places the Company might use it:

Social and Digital Media   Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and any other company accounts.

Media                                     National, regional and local media (broadcast, online and print).  

Publications                         Brochures, marketing documents, company websites.
