Co-Lab is proud to offer this unique opportunity to learn from renowned French chef Nicolas Rouzaud. With over two decades of experience, Nicolas has served as Executive Pastry Chef at The Connaught Hotel in London since 2017, where he launched The Connaught Patisserie.


During this two-day hands-on masterclass, he will guide you through his meticulous process of creating refined and artistic plated desserts across six recipes, each worthy of three Michelin stars. Enhance your skills and creativity as you learn the techniques behind stunning dessert presentations.

Please note this is a Level 2 course - Designed for those with basic knowledge, this level helps you expand your expertise and refine your techniques.
